All prices are quoted in USD (or mutually agreed currency) and are Ex-Factory, FOB, or CIF, depending on the agreement. Import duties, taxes, or customs fees in the buyer’s country are the buyer's responsibility.
4. Delivery & Shipping
- Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated during order confirmation.
- Shipping methods will be based on buyer preference and product type.
- Craftexio is not liable for delays caused by customs, natural disasters, or third-party carriers.
5. Returns & Claims
- Claims for damaged or incorrect products must be made within 7 days of receiving goods.
- Return or replacement is subject to our verification of the claim and product condition.
- No returns accepted for customized or made-to-order products.
